Job Title: Islamic Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Description: As an Islamic Credit Card Sales Executive, you will contact clients, convince them to take advantage of Islamic credit card products being offered, and meet sales targets through a combination of field sales and office-based outreach. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant UAE banking experience — particularly those with Islamic Finance experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via calling and convince them to take advantage of Islamic credit card products
• Work from office and on the field when required — building a strong Islamic credit card client acquisition pipeline
• Generate referrals and leverage networking skills to identify prospective Islamic credit card clients
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during all Islamic credit card sales activities
• Present Islamic finance credit card features, Sharia-compliance attributes, and product benefits to prospective clients
• Meet monthly Islamic credit card acquisition targets through disciplined sales execution
• Process credit card applications accurately — ensuring all KYC and documentation requirements are met
• Build positive client relationships through professional Islamic banking product advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE banking sales experience preferred — priority given to candidates with Islamic Finance product experience
• Islamic Finance: 1 year experience preferred
• UAE-based candidate — freshers welcome to apply with strong sales aptitude and positive attitude
• Good sales and interpersonal skills with positive attitude — required
• Good networking skills and ability to generate referrals for Islamic banking products
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:30–18:30 (Full Time)
