Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Sales Executive for Consumer Banking Products in an Emiratized role at the UAE’s largest bank, you will achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build a new consumer banking customer base — applying UAE National status and banking product sales skills to a consumer banking branch sales mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed agreed core consumer banking product sales targets to build a new customer base
• Present and sell consumer banking products — credit cards, personal loans, and savings accounts — to clients
• Build and develop a new consumer banking client base through proactive prospecting and needs-based advisory
• Cross-sell banking digital products and financial solutions to new and existing consumer banking clients
• Ensure all consumer banking interactions comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and FAB policies
• Coordinate with Branch Operations and Compliance teams on consumer banking client onboarding
• Monitor UAE consumer banking product landscape and competitive market for sales strategy intelligence
• Maintain accurate consumer banking sales records and client documentation for compliance review

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — this role is an Emiratized consumer banking sales position at FAB
• 1–2 years of experience in selling banking products in a financial company — preferred
• Proven Sales Executive or banking product sales background with consumer client acquisition experience
• Strong consumer banking product knowledge — credit cards, personal loans, and digital banking
• Arabic language skills essential for UAE National banking client and team engagement
• GCC consumer banking product sales experience preferred
