Job Title: Sales Director – Payments

Job Description: As a Sales Director for Payments at an enterprise-grade digital asset infrastructure platform delivering a secure digital asset operations platform for businesses of all sizes, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales of payment infrastructure solutions — targeting financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, and crypto-native businesses requiring institutional-grade digital asset payments infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise sales of payment infrastructure solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native businesses
• Present institutional-grade digital asset payment platform capabilities to C-suite and senior technology decision-makers
• Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects requiring secure digital asset operations infrastructure
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through commercial close
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for payment infrastructure in the UAE and MENA market
• Build and maintain senior relationships with payment processors, banks, fintechs, and digital asset companies
• Monitor UAE and MENA digital asset payments market dynamics and enterprise infrastructure competitive landscape
• Represent the organization at regional fintech, payments, and digital asset industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Sales Director or senior enterprise sales experience in payments, digital asset infrastructure, or financial technology
• Deep understanding of institutional payments infrastructure, digital asset operations, and enterprise fintech needs
• Track record of closing large, complex enterprise technology deals with financial institution and fintech clients
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and senior executive stakeholder management skills
• Existing network among UAE and MENA financial institutions, payment processors, and crypto businesses preferred
