Job Title: Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Description: The company is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Dubai to lead frontline sales execution, coach and manage sales staff, and build performance across direct sales and partner/IB channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead frontline sales execution and drive sales performance across the Dubai team
- Coach and manage sales staff on client acquisition, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques
- Build and maintain performance across direct sales and partner/IB channels in the UAE
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and grow the Dubai client base
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, provide regular performance feedback, and implement improvement plans
- Attend industry events and leverage networking opportunities to source new clients and partnerships
- Build and develop strong relationships with potential clients as directed by management
- Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market intelligence to regional leadership
Qualifications Needed:
- Experience managing direct sales and partner/IB channels in a fintech, forex/CFD, or trading environment
- Proven track record achieving sales targets and leading or coaching a direct sales team
- Strong understanding of Forex, CFD, or financial technology products and the MENA trading client landscape
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and manage a direct sales team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Arabic is an advantage
- Often replies within 1 day of applications received
