Job Title: Regional Payment Operation Senior Manager

Job Description: The Regional Payment Operation Senior Manager will oversee all fiat payment operations across the Middle East region — building payment infrastructure, managing banking and PSP relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence for OKX’s regional payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all regional fiat payment operations including deposit and withdrawal processing, reconciliation, and settlement for OKX’s Middle East business
• Build, manage, and optimize relationships with regional payment service providers, banking partners, and payment networks
• Ensure full regulatory compliance of payment operations with UAE, Saudi Arabia, and broader GCC requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in payment processing speed, success rates, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement payment operations frameworks, SOPs, and control environments
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and legal teams on payment product development and expansion
• Monitor and resolve payment-related escalations, disputes, and operational incidents
• Provide regular reporting and performance analytics on regional payment operations to senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in payment operations management within fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Deep understanding of regional payment infrastructure, banking relationships, and PSP landscape in the Middle East
• Experience managing fiat on/off ramp operations, settlement processes, and reconciliation in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC payment regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of building and leading payment operations teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
