Job Title: Operations Lead – Payments & Treasury

Job Description: As an Operations Lead for Payments and Treasury at a growing fintech company, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operational management of payment processing, treasury operations, and settlement activities — ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant financial operations for a regulated fintech operating in the UAE. You will apply strong payments and treasury operations expertise to build and scale the operational infrastructure of a fast-growing payments fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operational management of payment processing, treasury operations, and settlement activities
• Oversee payment channel management, PSP relationships, settlement reconciliation, and liquidity management
• Build and scale operational infrastructure for payments and treasury in a fast-growing fintech environment
• Coordinate with banking partners, payment service providers, and financial institutions on operational matters
• Ensure all payment and treasury operations comply with applicable UAE financial regulations and internal controls
• Monitor operational performance metrics — payment success rates, settlement timeliness, and treasury efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance payment reliability and treasury efficiency
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and Finance teams on payments and treasury product development and governance

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Operations Lead or senior payments operations management experience within a fintech or payments company
• Deep expertise in payment processing, treasury operations, settlement, and PSP relationship management
• Strong understanding of UAE payment regulations and operational compliance requirements for licensed fintechs
• Excellent leadership, process design, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Experience scaling payments operations infrastructure in a high-growth fintech environment
• Relevant finance or operations qualification preferred
