Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

Job Description: Our company is hiring a Payment Operations Specialist in the UAE. The role manages end-to-end payment operations and requires 2–5 years of experience in payment operations. Familiarity with AI-driven tools in financial operations is considered a plus, reflecting an innovative, technology-forward operational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payment operations across Amanamode’s platform — covering payment processing, monitoring, and settlement
• Monitor payment transaction flows and resolve operational issues, failures, or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Liaise with payment service providers, banking partners, and internal teams on payment operational matters
• Perform reconciliation of payment transactions, settlement statements, and banking positions
• Ensure all payment operations comply with applicable UAE payment regulations and internal policies
• Leverage AI-driven tools in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy where applicable
• Produce daily and monthly payment operations reports for management review
• Support implementation of new payment methods and technical integrations with payment providers

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–5 years of experience in payment operations, fintech operations, or financial services preferred
• Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or online industries is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools in financial operations is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of payment flows, PSP reconciliation, and settlement processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for high-volume payment transaction management
• Good communication skills for partner and stakeholder liaison
