Job Title: Recruiter (Volume Hiring)

Job Description: The Volume Hiring Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers for candidates across a range of functions with a focus on speed-to-hire and quality-of-hire in a fast-growing global financial services firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple concurrent positions across Sales, Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, and Finance
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit for requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across MultiBank’s global offices
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently to minimize time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
• Prepare and extend job offers; coordinate onboarding handoffs to HR
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in the ATS
• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired roles to accelerate future recruitment cycles
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand headcount plans and role requirements

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of volume recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a global enterprise
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
