Job Title: Senior Talent Sourcer

Job Description: The Senior Talent Sourcer will proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent across Lean’s engineering, commercial, and operational teams — building talent pools in KSA while contributing to employer branding and diversity hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple simultaneous hiring campaigns for commercial, engineering, and operations roles
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Ashby ATS, university networks, events, and community platforms
• Engage passive candidates with compelling, targeted outreach aligned to Lean’s employer brand
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and ideal candidate profiles
• Track sourcing metrics and provide data-informed recommendations to improve pipeline quality and time-to-hire
• Support diversity hiring goals by identifying underrepresented talent pools and broadening sourcing channels
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in Saudi Arabia including university partnerships and presence at fintech events

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment
• Proven track record of building candidate pipelines and engaging passive talent
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Boolean search)
• Data-driven approach to sourcing performance and process improvement
• Understanding of the Saudi Arabia talent market and hiring practices
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Saudi national preferred in line with Lean’s local hiring commitment
