Job Title: Product Solutions Manager – Payments (Vice President)

Job Description: As a Product Solutions Manager for Payments at Vice President level, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of sophisticated payment product solutions for institutional and corporate clients across the CEEMEA region. You will serve as a senior technical and commercial bridge between the payments product suite and the client base — translating complex treasury and payment needs into structured, executable solutions that drive measurable client value and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex payment product solutions for corporate and institutional clients across CEEMEA
• Serve as a senior product solutions expert — translating client treasury and payment requirements into structured, executable solutions
• Partner with Treasury Services Sales, Relationship Management, and Technology teams on payment solution architecture and client delivery
• Drive adoption of payment products including cash management, cross-border payments, liquidity management, and digital payment rails
• Support client RFP responses, solution design workshops, and technical presentations for complex payment mandates
• Monitor payment technology landscape and regulatory developments affecting treasury services and payment solutions
• Provide internal product feedback and contribute to payment product roadmap development
• Represent the institution at MENA treasury, payments, and financial technology industry events

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant product solutions or treasury sales experience within a globally established financial institution’s payments division
• Deep expertise in payment products covering cash management, cross-border payments, and liquidity management
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury needs and institutional payment infrastructure requirements
• Proven ability to design and present complex payment solutions to senior corporate and institutional audiences
• Excellent commercial, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills
