Job Title: Product Manager – AI x Web3 Security (Fintech / Crypto)

Job Description: As a Product Manager for AI and Web3 Security at a fintech and blockchain security company, you will be responsible for driving product strategy for AI-powered security solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3 technology — building products that protect users, platforms, and institutions from the evolving threat landscape in blockchain and digital asset environments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy for AI-powered security solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Web3 technology
• Build products that protect users, platforms, and institutions from evolving threats in blockchain and digital asset environments
• Apply 3–5 years of product management experience — ideally with exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing products
• Lead product discovery, specification, and delivery for AI x Web3 security product features
• Collaborate with Security Researchers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Commercial teams on product delivery
• Conduct threat landscape research and competitive analysis to inform AI x Web3 security product priorities
• Define product success metrics and track performance through analytics, client feedback, and threat detection effectiveness
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and performance to leadership and security research community

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of product management experience — ideally with exposure to both internal tools and customer-facing products
• Genuine interest or background in AI, Web3, blockchain security, or cybersecurity products
• Strong product discovery, specification, and agile delivery skills
• Understanding of Web3 threat landscape, blockchain security challenges, and AI security applications preferred
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or cybersecurity product management preferred
