Job Title: Group Product Owner – Everyday Banking (CASA, Cards, Payments)

Job Description: The Group Product Owner (Everyday Banking) will be at the center of the bank’s business — owning how customers manage their financials through current/savings accounts, virtual accounts, multi-currency wallets, spend management, money transfers, and card payments across a digital-first banking platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the product vision, strategy, and goals for Wio Personal Daily Banking (CASA, Cards, Payments) in close partnership with business goals and customer needs
  • Run product discovery, prioritization, and road mapping to deliver on Everyday Banking objectives
  • Work alongside CASA (current/savings accounts), Cards (debit and credit), and Payments (local and international transfers) to build and implement a comprehensive, unified roadmap
  • Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with all of Wio’s products including SME, retail investments, credit, and business banking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance/Treasury, Remittance, Compliance, and Engineering teams
  • Work with data engineers and scientists to build financial data and insights products such as expense management
  • Own it — you build it, you run it: full product accountability from concept through production

Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong understanding of payments and the core banking industry — from traditional banking products to customer-centric apps
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance/Treasury, Remittance, Compliance, and Engineering to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Experience with data engineers and scientists to build financial data and insights products
  • Action-focused with proven ability to bootstrap major projects without hesitation
  • Prior experience at a digital-first bank, neobank, or payments platform strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
