Job Title: Payments Operations Lead – Reconciliation, Chargebacks & PSP Management

Job Description: As a Payments Operations Lead at a fintech organization, you will oversee payment reconciliation, chargeback management, and PSP relationship operations — applying senior payments operations leadership to a growing fintech and digital payments platform’s end-to-end payment operations function.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee payment reconciliation, chargeback management, and PSP relationship operations for a fintech
• Lead the payments operations function — settlement processing, reconciliation, and chargeback dispute management
• Manage PSP relationships — performance monitoring, onboarding, and commercial optimization
• Analyse payment performance data — success rates, transaction volumes, settlement timelines, and dispute rates
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Finance teams on payment operations platform delivery
• Ensure all payment operations comply with UAE and applicable international payment regulatory requirements
• Produce payment operations performance reports and management information for senior leadership
• Drive automation and efficiency improvement across reconciliation and chargeback operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Payments Operations Lead experience with reconciliation, chargeback, and PSP management background
• Strong payment settlement, chargeback dispute management, and PSP performance monitoring skills
• Deep understanding of UAE and international payment regulatory requirements for operations compliance
• Excellent payment analytics, operations governance, and senior stakeholder communication
• Understanding of payment operations automation tools and PSP integration management
• GCC fintech or digital payments operations leadership experience strongly preferred
