Job Title: Payment Technology Sales Specialist

Job Description: As a Payment Technology Sales Specialist focused on issuer and acquirer processing, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth for a fintech specialising in issuer and acquirer processing technology — empowering banks, fintechs, and acquirers across the Middle East with cutting-edge payment infrastructure. You will build a pipeline of financial institution clients seeking modern, flexible payment processing solutions across the UAE and MENA.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial growth for a payment technology company specialising in issuer and acquirer processing in the Middle East
  • Empower banks, fintechs, and acquirers with cutting-edge payment processing technology solutions
  • Build and manage a pipeline of financial institution clients requiring modern issuer and acquirer processing infrastructure
  • Present payment technology capabilities to CTO, CIO, and Head of Payments decision-makers at banks and fintechs
  • Lead the full B2B technology sales cycle — from prospecting through product demonstration, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy for payment processing technology across UAE and MENA markets
  • Monitor UAE and MENA payment technology market developments and competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization at regional payment technology, fintech, and banking industry events

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven B2B payment technology sales experience — ideally in issuer processing, acquirer processing, or card processing infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technology, card scheme architecture, and financial institution technology needs
  • Existing network among UAE and MENA banks, fintechs, and payment companies preferred
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in a payment technology or fintech B2B environment
  • Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA bank and fintech engagement
