Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end payment processing lifecycle, ensuring accurate reconciliation, timely settlement, and optimal operational efficiency for fintech and payment clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily payment operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Monitor payment rails, acquirer relationships, and settlement cycles to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, investigating failed transactions and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and client teams to improve payment workflows and reporting.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of payment operations or processing experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, card schemes, and settlement processes (ISO 8583, SWIFT, local ACH).
• Proficiency in payment processing systems and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
