Job Title: Operations Specialist (Payments)

Job Description: As an Operations Specialist (Payments), you will run operations for a crypto exchange’s payments product in Bahrain, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily operations for the crypto exchange’s payments product, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Monitor payment performance, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and engineering teams to optimise payment operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of payment operations or fintech operations experience.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in payment processing systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
