Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description: As an Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operational activities for a multi-regulated broker’s Dubai entity, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities, including onboarding, trade processing, and client support.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, and technology teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of operations management experience in FX trading, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of FX trading operations, regulatory requirements, and process optimization.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvements in a regulated environment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
