Job Description: Seeking an Operations Manager (Product) in Dubai. The role involves developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments, working within Revolut’s UAE and MENA operations strategy team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define cohesive long-term strategy for Revolut’s company and product departments in the UAE and MENA
• Work across the business to assess product opportunities, commercial potential, and operational scalability for new and existing fintech product lines
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams on product operations strategy and execution in the MENA market
• Identify structural inefficiencies and design scalable processes that unlock operational efficiency across Revolut’s product lines
• Build data-driven business cases and recommendations for product strategy decisions and operational investments
• Monitor fintech product performance metrics and competitive landscape in the UAE and MENA market
• Communicate strategic and operational findings to senior leadership and regional management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive product growth and operational excellence in Dubai and MENA

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in operations management, product strategy, or business operations within a fast-paced fintech or technology company
• Ability to develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and drive long-term strategic thinking
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and translate insights into action
• Experience in the MENA fintech or digital banking market preferred
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions effectively
