Job Title: Senior Executive Officer (Fintech / Crypto)

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Executive Officer in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably within cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services — providing high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO while managing complex operational and strategic responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Act as a senior operational leader within First Digital Trust’s Dubai entity — managing cross-functional coordination and strategic initiative execution
• Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships on behalf of the CEO and senior leadership
• Coordinate and track strategic projects, Board-level communications, and executive decision-making processes
• Prepare briefing materials, strategic presentations, and executive reports for CEO and Board-level use
• Ensure operational excellence across the executive function — managing workflows, priorities, and sensitive information with full discretion
• Support regulatory and compliance-related administrative tasks for First Digital Trust’s Dubai regulated entity
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, regulators, and investors

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management or executive role, preferably within cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services
• Proven ability to provide high-level executive support and manage complex operational responsibilities at CEO level
• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services industry preferred
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and discretion skills for handling confidential executive matters
• Strong understanding of the Dubai and UAE regulatory landscape for fintech and digital assets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation executive environment
