Job Title: Junior Data Scientist – Commercial Graduate Scheme

Job Description: As a Junior Data Scientist in the Cobblestone Commercial Graduate Scheme in Abu Dhabi, you will apply a proven track record of excellence — academic or professional — in quantitative or analytical roles, with proven ability to build custom Agents or automated workflows — to a commercial graduate scheme at the intersection of data science, energy commodities, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Apply proven track record of excellence in quantitative or analytical roles to real commercial data science work
• Apply proven ability to build custom Agents or automated workflows to data science and analytics delivery
• Develop data models, analytical frameworks, and automated intelligence workflows for commercial teams
• Conduct quantitative analysis and data-driven research supporting commercial and financial decision-making
• Build and deploy data science solutions — machine learning models, automation agents, and analytics dashboards
• Complete Cobblestone Commercial Graduate Scheme training, mentoring, and professional development milestones
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams on data science and analytics delivery
• Build foundational commercial data science skills through structured graduate scheme project work

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven track record of excellence — academic or professional — in quantitative or analytical roles
• Proven ability to build custom Agents or automated workflows — required for this data science graduate scheme
• Strong Python, SQL, and data science skills with genuine passion for commercial analytics and automation
• Interest in energy commodities, financial analytics, or commercial data science applications preferred
• Collaborative, learning-oriented approach appropriate for a high-performance commercial graduate environment
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to work in Abu Dhabi for the Commercial Graduate Scheme
