Job Title: Finance Data Scientist (LLM)

Job Description: a Finance Data Scientist with LLM (Large Language Model) expertise for a Dubai-based role. The position requires 2+ years of professional experience in finance (funds, banks, fintech, etc.) or data science firms for finance, combining quantitative finance expertise with advanced AI and LLM capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions for finance applications including financial analysis, reporting automation, and market intelligence
• Build and maintain financial data science models covering quantitative analytics, risk modelling, and investment intelligence
• Work with large-scale financial datasets to develop AI-driven insights for finance and investment functions
• Collaborate with finance professionals, quants, and engineering teams to deploy production-grade AI systems
• Design and implement NLP pipelines for financial document processing, earnings analysis, and market commentary
• Validate and back-test financial models ensuring robustness and regulatory compliance
• Produce clear documentation and reporting on model performance, methodology, and findings
• Stay current on advances in LLMs, financial AI, and quantitative finance applications

Qualifications Needed:

• 2+ years of professional experience in finance (funds, banks, fintech, etc.) or data science firms for finance
• Strong proficiency in Python and financial data science libraries
• Expertise in LLMs and NLP frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent)
• Solid quantitative finance background with understanding of financial instruments and markets
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production financial environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
