Job Description

Job Title: Graduate Programme 2027 – Data Scientist and Analyst

Job Description: Our client is is opening applications for its Graduate Programme 2027 in Dubai for a Data Scientist and Analyst role, combining data science and analytics across Revolut’s UAE and MENA operations.

Responsibilities:*

  • Work within Revolut’s Data Science team to solve complex business and product problems using smart, practical data solutions

  • Collaborate directly with product teams to uncover actionable insights from large-scale financial and behavioural datasets

  • Build and maintain data models, analytics pipelines, and reporting frameworks supporting Revolut’s UAE and MENA operations

  • Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data work to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial data

  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments across Revolut’s UAE platform features

  • Produce data-driven recommendations for product, commercial, and operations leadership

  • Develop machine learning models where applicable to improve product, risk, or compliance outcomes

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams on data-driven projects

Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong academic background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent for graduate programme entry

  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modelling

  • Understanding of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets

  • Genuine interest in fintech, financial data, and product analytics

  • Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting data findings to non-technical stakeholders

  • Enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme
