Job Title: HR & Office Manager – UAE

Job Description: The HR & Office Manager will be the operational backbone for the UAE team — managing HR processes, coordinating recruitment, administering benefits, maintaining a well-run office environment, and ensuring the team can focus on research and trading.

Responsibilities:*

• Manage HR operations for Vatic Labs’ UAE office — employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and record management
• Coordinate recruitment processes for UAE-based roles — scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and liaising with hiring managers
• Administer UAE employment compliance including visa management, work permits, and UAE labour law compliance
• Manage office operations — facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and a well-organized team workspace
• Support the global HR team on payroll coordination, compensation administration, and HR reporting for the UAE team
• Act as the primary UAE contact for HR queries, employee relations, and office management
• Organize team events, meetings, and office activities for the UAE research and trading team
• Manage relationships with UAE legal, PRO, and government services providers

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of HR generalist or office management experience ideally within financial services, quantitative finance, or technology
• Knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and employment compliance
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee information
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
