Job Title: Fintech & Payments – Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst for fintech and payments process improvement, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing end-to-end fintech and payment operations processes — identifying inefficiencies, documenting requirements, and delivering structured recommendations that enhance operational performance and compliance across a growing UAE fintech and payments company.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end fintech and payment operations processes — identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Document current-state process flows, systems architecture, and control frameworks across fintech and payment operations
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions across operations, compliance, and technology teams
• Produce structured business requirements documentation and process improvement recommendations
• Support implementation of process improvement initiatives — tracking progress, managing risks, and reporting outcomes
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams on system enhancements driven by process analysis findings
• Monitor fintech and payments industry best practices and apply relevant benchmarks to improvement recommendations
• Produce regular process improvement status reports and analytical presentations for leadership review

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business analyst experience in fintech, payments, or financial services process improvement
• Strong process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience conducting workshops and interviews across multi-functional fintech or payments operations teams
• Excellent written communication for business requirements and process documentation production
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent) and business analysis methodologies
• CBAP, Agile BA, or equivalent business analysis certification preferred
