Job Title: Business Analyst – Retail Banking / Corporate Banking

Job Description: As a Business Analyst specialising in Retail or Corporate Banking at Dicetek, you will drive business analysis for banking technology projects, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from retail and corporate banking stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support testing, training, and post-implementation reviews for system enhancements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in retail or corporate banking.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, BPMN) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Knowledge of banking products, core banking systems, and digital channels.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
