Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst at BitOasis, you will gather, document, and analyse business requirements for platform enhancements and new product features, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders across product, operations, and compliance.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
• Conduct data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to support product decisions.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of business analysis experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of crypto trading platforms, exchange operations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
