Job Title: Business Analyst – Banking

Job Description: As a Business Analyst in Banking at Raqmiyat, you will gather, document, and analyse business requirements for banking technology projects, supporting digital transformation and system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements from banking stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of business analysis experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies (Agile, BPMN) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Knowledge of core banking systems, digital channels, and banking processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
