Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description: As an Enterprise Account Executive at a globally established freelance marketplace operating as the founder of your territory, you will systematically penetrate massive iconic organizations and national champions — navigating complex enterprise sales cycles in a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline from prospecting and outreach to product demos and deal closure.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the founder of your territory — systematically penetrating massive iconic organizations and national champions
- Build your own pipeline from prospecting and outreach through product demos and deal closure in a full-cycle sales role
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with major UAE and GCC organizations and national champions
- Present the freelance platform’s capabilities to C-suite, HR Directors, and procurement decision-makers
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy — targeting iconic enterprise organizations across UAE and GCC
- Build and manage a high-value enterprise client pipeline across financial services, technology, and government
- Achieve monthly and quarterly commercial targets for enterprise client acquisition and platform revenue
- Represent the platform at UAE and GCC enterprise, technology, and financial services industry events
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven Enterprise Account Executive experience with full-cycle sales mandate and territory ownership
- Track record systematically penetrating large enterprise organizations and national champions in UAE or GCC
- Strong pipeline building, outreach, product demo, and deal closure skills for complex enterprise sales
- Understanding of UAE and GCC enterprise procurement dynamics and corporate decision-making processes
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and C-suite stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC enterprise client and national champion engagement
