Job Title: Client Accountant & Tax Specialist – Fintech / SaaS

Job Description: As a Client Accountant and Tax Specialist at a fintech and legal services company, you will handle bank reconciliations, expense categorization, and invoicing using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho) — and manage Tax Compliance covering UAE VAT and Corporate Tax for client organizations requiring outsourced accounting and tax specialist services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bank reconciliations, expense categorization, and invoicing using Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho
• Manage Tax Compliance — UAE VAT and Corporate Tax — for client organizations
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax submissions accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for multiple client accounts
• Process accounts payable and receivable for client organizations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for client review
• Coordinate with clients on accounting queries, tax compliance questions, and financial reporting requirements
• Stay current on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulatory developments affecting client accounting obligations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven client accounting and tax specialist experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho proficiency
• Strong UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance expertise for client accounting mandates
• Full-cycle accounting skills — bank reconciliation, AP/AR, financial statements, and tax filing
• Excellent organizational and client communication skills for outsourced accounting service delivery
• ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing experience required
