Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Job Description: The company is hiring a Sales Account Executive in Dubai to grow its banking technology client base across the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales of Tuum’s API-based core banking and financial services technology platform across MENA
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with banks, digital lenders, fintechs, and financial services companies
- Present Tuum’s modular banking platform capabilities to C-suite, technology, and business decision-makers
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through technical demonstration, commercial negotiation, and contract close
- Partner with Tuum’s Solutions Engineering and Product teams on technical proposals and platform customization discussions
- Build and maintain a strong MENA pipeline of banking technology prospects and opportunities
- Represent Tuum at regional banking technology and fintech events and conferences
- Provide market intelligence on MENA banking technology trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications Needed:
- B2B enterprise sales experience in banking technology, core banking, or fintech SaaS platforms
- Understanding of the API-based banking platform landscape and core banking modernization needs
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise technology sales with banks and financial institutions
- Existing network among banks, fintechs, or financial services firms in the MENA region is advantageous
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Often replies within 1 day of applications received
