Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Job Description: As a Sales Account Executive for a cloud-native banking technology platform, you will be responsible for driving sales of a flexible, API-based, modular banking platform that covers all retail and business banking capabilities — enabling fast and easy integration for banks, neobanks, and fintechs seeking modern core banking technology. You will target financial institution clients across the UAE and MENA requiring next-generation cloud-native banking infrastructure.
Responsibilities:*
- Drive sales of a cloud-native, API-based, modular banking platform to banks, neobanks, and fintechs in UAE and MENA
- Present the platform’s flexible and independent modular architecture covering all retail and business banking capabilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of financial institution clients requiring modern core banking infrastructure
- Lead the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle — from prospecting through demo, commercial negotiation, and contract close
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams on client solution scoping and proposals
- Position the platform’s quick and easy integration capabilities as a key differentiator for bank technology buyers
- Monitor MENA cloud-native banking technology market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Represent the platform at UAE and MENA fintech, digital banking, and core banking industry events
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven enterprise SaaS or cloud technology sales experience — preferably in banking technology or fintech platforms
- Understanding of cloud-native banking, core banking modernization, and API-first financial services architecture
- Track record of achieving sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise technology sales
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and senior financial institution stakeholder management skills
- Relevant sales experience across banks, neobanks, or fintechs requiring core banking technology preferred
- Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA financial institution engagement
