Job Title: Data Analyst – Trading Platform

Job Description: The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and delivering high-quality data to empower decision-making across multiple departments. The role requires robust SQL expertise, an AI-forward mindset, and proven ability to transform diverse datasets into accurate, actionable trading and business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries across MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL to extract and manipulate data efficiently
• Reconcile and evaluate data from multiple sources, proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies or discrepancies
• Design and implement strategies to enhance database structures, data integration pipelines, and overall reporting processes
• Design, build, and maintain data models, reports, and interactive dashboards to serve business stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data, reports, and actionable insights
• Take initiative on ad-hoc analytical tasks and specialized projects as assigned by the Head of Department
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML techniques to improve data quality, predictive capability, and analytical efficiency

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Proven expertise in SQL across multiple database platforms (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• AI-forward mindset with ability to identify and implement analytical automation
• Experience in financial services, trading, or fintech data environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
