Job Title: Data Analyst (Engineer)

Job Description: Seeking a Data Analyst with engineering capabilities in Dubai. The role involves experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking, collaborating closely with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytical frameworks supporting regulatory and financial reporting for Revolut’s UAE entity
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accurate, timely data reporting meeting regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal management and external regulatory submissions
• Conduct data analysis to support compliance, financial performance, and operational decision-making
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting outputs and analytical frameworks
• Build scalable data models supporting regulatory reporting obligations for Revolut’s CBUAE-licensed UAE entity
• Partner with Engineering teams on data infrastructure improvements and reporting automation
• Stay current on regulatory reporting requirements for digital banks in the UAE

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in financial or regulatory reporting within fintech or banking — required
• Strong data engineering skills with proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow, or equivalent) and cloud data platforms
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for fintech or banking entities preferred
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams
• Strong analytical and data quality management skills
