Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Description: The Customer Success Manager will ensure clients successfully integrate and scale their use of Lean’s Open Finance APIs — helping them achieve their business outcomes, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the post-sales customer relationship for assigned Lean clients — driving integration success, product adoption, and account growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, escalations, and strategic discussions on Lean product usage
  • Monitor client integration health, API usage, and product adoption metrics — proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with the Solutions Engineering and Product teams to support client technical integrations and resolve issues
  • Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities for clients to adopt additional Lean products and features
  • Conduct regular business reviews with client stakeholders — presenting performance data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform Lean’s product roadmap and development priorities
  • Represent Lean at client events and industry forums in Saudi Arabia

Qualifications Needed:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations in fintech, SaaS, or API-driven businesses
  • Experience working with technical products — comfortable discussing API integrations and technical implementation concepts
  • Strong commercial instincts with ability to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Arabic and English
  • Understanding of fintech, payments, or Open Banking products and ecosystems preferred
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
