Job Title: Business Development Executive – SaaS / FinTech

Job Description: Drive B2B sales and generate new business for a SaaS/FinTech firm in Dubai. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, conducting meetings and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, and senior finance decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, Finance, and Transformation teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from the most promising prospects across MENA
  • Maintain and develop a robust qualified pipeline through CRM management
  • Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to individual client needs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market intelligence summaries

Qualifications Needed:

  • At least 2 years of fintech B2B sales experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven ability to sell to senior finance and technology leadership (CFO, CIO level)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
