Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Job Description: We are a leading fintech unicorn revolutionizing data-driven solutions. The company is expanding its UAE presence and seeks a motivated Customer Success Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of Yubi’s fintech products. The role involves managing client relationships post-implementation and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:*

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of Yubi’s fintech products
• Manage client relationships post-implementation, ensuring timely issue logging and resolution
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to serve client needs
• Maintain client satisfaction through continuous engagement and proactive support
• Monitor client health scores, usage patterns, and adoption trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals
• Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to maintain strong client positioning
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems including Salesforce or HubSpot

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical customer success with a focus on business development and data-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, SaaS, and data products or services
• Strong technical and product knowledge of software, databases, and platform services
• Proven track record of generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing new business in a B2B environment
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Proficient in collaboration platforms including Jira, Asana, and Slack
