Job Title: Client Services Associate (Arabic)

Job Description: The Client Services Associate (Arabic) acts as a primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients — providing expert, empathetic, and efficient support that builds trust and drives client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support contact for Arabic-speaking clients across Capital.com’s trading platforms — handling account enquiries, trading questions, deposit/withdrawal issues, and platform technical support
  • Deliver professional, accurate, and empathetic client service across live chat, email, and phone channels
  • Escalate complex or regulatory-sensitive issues to the Compliance, Risk, or senior Client Services team with proper documentation
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Capital.com’s products, platform features, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate client guidance
  • Identify patterns of client issues and provide feedback to Product and Operations teams for platform improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Contribute to client satisfaction KPIs including response times, resolution rates, and CSAT scores
  • Support client onboarding by guiding new traders through account setup, verification, and first deposit processes

Qualifications Needed:

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal Arabic communication skills; strong English proficiency also required
  • Experience in customer service, client support, or client relations within fintech, Forex/CFD, or financial services
  • Understanding of CFD trading products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or web/mobile platforms), and basic financial market concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer support ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in shift-based or extended-hours environment as required by business needs
