Job Title: Client Onboarding Consultant

Job Description: As a Client Onboarding Consultant for a financial services firm in Dubai, you will be responsible for reviewing client onboarding and documentation in line with compliance standards — ensuring all KYC, CDD, and regulatory requirements are met. You will apply 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, preferably in banking, to deliver high-quality client onboarding for a UAE financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review client onboarding documentation and ensure full compliance with KYC, CDD, and regulatory standards
• Apply 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, preferably in banking, to all onboarding activities
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for new clients
• Verify customer identities, corporate structures, source of funds, and beneficial ownership information
• Perform sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media searches for all onboarding clients
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams on pending documentation and gaps
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE AML/CFT regulations and internal compliance policies
• Maintain accurate and complete onboarding records for audit and regulatory review

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, client onboarding, or KYC within banking or financial services — required
• Strong understanding of CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and PEP check requirements in the UAE
• Familiarity with UAE AML/CFT regulations applicable to client onboarding
• Excellent attention to detail for documentation gap identification and compliance risk assessment
• AML or compliance certification (CAMS or equivalent) is advantageous
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE client and stakeholder engagement
