Job Title: Manager – Third Party Sales Channels

Job Description: As a Manager for Third Party Sales Channels at the UAE’s largest bank, you will ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and drive growth for third party sales channels — ensuring the sales team is adequately trained monthly on bank products, policies, and regulatory requirements while growing the bank’s third party distribution footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations and drive growth for third party sales channels
• Ensure the sales team is adequately trained monthly on bank products, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and grow third party sales channel relationships — DSAs, brokers, and financial intermediaries
• Monitor third party channel performance metrics — volume, quality, and compliance KPIs
• Develop and execute third party channel growth strategies across UAE retail and commercial banking
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Product teams on third party channel governance and product suitability
• Produce third party channel performance reporting and management information for senior leadership
• Stay current on CBUAE third party channel regulations affecting banking product distribution standards

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Manager-level experience in third party sales channel management within UAE banking
• Deep understanding of Central Bank regulations governing third party banking product distribution
• Strong training delivery, compliance monitoring, and channel performance management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for third party channel partner engagement
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE third party channel partner and team engagement
• UAE banking third party channel management experience strongly preferred
