Job Title: Programme Manager

Job Description: As a Programme Manager for Regulatory Change at a fintech or banking technology company in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for leading regulatory change programme delivery — ensuring regulatory requirements are implemented effectively and on time across a regulated financial services or fintech environment with background in financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry.

Responsibilities:*

• Lead regulatory change programme delivery — ensuring regulatory requirements are implemented effectively and on time
• Apply background in financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry to programme management
• Manage complex regulatory change programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Build and maintain programme plans, governance frameworks, risk registers, and milestone trackers for regulatory change
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Legal on regulatory implementation
• Monitor and report on regulatory change programme progress, risks, and issues to executive and Board stakeholders
• Drive regulatory change adoption — ensuring business readiness and effective implementation across all affected functions
• Maintain programme documentation meeting audit and regulatory standards throughout the change lifecycle

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven programme management experience in regulatory change within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry
• Strong background in financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated technology environment
• Excellent programme planning, governance, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream regulatory programmes with executive-level reporting responsibilities
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent programme management qualification preferred
• Abu Dhabi-based or willing to relocate
