Job Title: CFO – Fast-Paced Fintech Environment

Job Description: Lead financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for a Kuwait-based fintech company. Align with global finance strategies and provide hands-on accounting leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with local Kuwait regulations
• Lead cash flow management and align with global finance strategies
• Provide hands-on accounting leadership and financial oversight across all business units
• Develop and maintain financial controls, budgets, and forecasts
• Build and lead the finance team to meet current and future organisational needs
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and banking partners
• Support strategic decision-making with precise financial insights and analysis

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a fast-paced fintech or technology-driven financial services environment
• Strong expertise in cash flow management and multi-currency financial operations
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local Kuwait financial regulations
• Experience aligning financial operations with global parent company strategies
• Hands-on accounting background with strong leadership skills
