Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst supporting the Central Bank of UAE’s SupTech BRF (Behavioral Risk Framework) initiative, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a major regulatory technology programme — translating Central Bank regulatory data and reporting requirements into business analysis outputs that support a nationally significant fintech and regulatory technology initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Central Bank of UAE’s SupTech BRF (Behavioral Risk Framework) initiative
• Translate Central Bank regulatory data and reporting requirements into business analysis outputs and technical specifications
• Conduct stakeholder workshops with Central Bank, banking institution, and technology teams on BRF requirements
• Document regulatory data flows, reporting architectures, and system integration requirements for the SupTech programme
• Support testing and validation activities for the Central Bank BRF technology implementation
• Produce structured business requirements documentation and regulatory data mapping for the SupTech initiative
• Coordinate with technology vendors, Central Bank stakeholders, and banking institution representatives on BRF delivery
• Stay current on UAE SupTech developments, regulatory technology innovation, and Central Bank digital initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven business analyst experience in regulatory technology, SupTech, or Central Bank technology programme delivery
• Deep understanding of UAE Central Bank regulatory reporting, data standards, and BRF requirements preferred
• Experience in large-scale regulatory technology programmes with Central Bank or financial authority clients
• Strong analytical and business requirements documentation skills for regulatory technology contexts
• Excellent written communication for regulatory documentation and Central Bank stakeholder engagement
• UAE banking or regulatory technology experience strongly preferred
