Job Title: Audit Manager – CCB, IB & Credit Audit

Job Description: As an Audit Manager for Corporate and Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Credit Audit at the UAE’s largest bank, you will apply thorough understanding of business and relationship aspects, corporate banking products, credit risk management, and the UAE regulatory environment to lead internal audit engagements across CCB, IB, and credit audit areas at one of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal audit engagements across Corporate and Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Credit Audit areas
• Apply thorough understanding of corporate banking products, credit risk management, and UAE regulatory environment
• Plan and execute audit fieldwork — identifying control gaps and risk areas across CCB and IB functions
• Produce high-quality audit reports with clear findings and actionable management recommendations
• Manage audit team members — supervising associates on complex banking audit engagements
• Coordinate with banking operations, risk, compliance, and senior leadership on audit findings and remediation
• Monitor UAE and international banking regulatory developments affecting CCB and IB audit standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CCB and IB business areas through professional audit delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Audit Manager experience in CCB, IB, or Credit Audit within a major UAE or international bank
• Thorough understanding of corporate banking products, credit risk management, and UAE regulatory environment
• Strong audit management, team leadership, and banking audit delivery skills
• ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• Excellent written communication for banking audit report preparation
• Abu Dhabi banking audit experience strongly preferred
