Job Title: Account Management Executive – Restaurant POS & Fintech

Job Description: As an Account Management Executive at a leading restaurant and F&B technology company providing cloud POS, ERP, and payment solutions across the UAE and MENA, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve the smoothest possible experience — managing restaurant and F&B client relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing revenue from new and existing partners with a particular focus on payment and fintech integrations within the platform..

Responsibilities:*

• Help restaurant and F&B clients achieve the smoothest possible experience on the cloud POS, ERP, and payments platform
• Manage assigned client accounts — driving product adoption, satisfaction, and commercial growth
• Maximize revenue from new and existing partners, particularly focusing on payment integration features
• Conduct regular client reviews presenting platform usage, payment performance, and expansion opportunities
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the POS, ERP, and payment product suite
• Resolve client issues promptly — coordinating with Product, Technical, and Payment Operations teams
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts to drive retention
• Represent the platform at UAE and MENA F&B industry events and client-facing forums

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales — knowledge in Cloud POS or ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of restaurant technology, payment integration, and F&B business operations
• Strong client relationship management and commercial growth skills
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA F&B client engagement
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach for client issue resolution and account growth
• CRM proficiency and account performance tracking skills
