Job Description: Seeking a Junior AI Business Analyst in Dubai. The role works with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into reports, automations, or system improvements — using AI tools, statistical software, and data analytics to support business intelligence and AI-driven process improvements in a fintech and accounting technology context.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into reports, automations, or system improvements
• Conduct marketing analysis, business intelligence, and data analytics to support fintech and accounting platform improvements
• Apply experience with statistical software or programming to develop analytical and AI-driven solutions
• Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams
• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document business and analytical requirements
• Track outcomes and ensure delivered functionality meets expected business benefits and KPIs
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated analytics frameworks for business intelligence
• Research and benchmark AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to fintech and accounting automation

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or AI-related analytical roles
• Experience with statistical software or programming for data analysis (Python, R, or equivalent)
• Ability to work with business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Interest in AI applications for fintech and accounting technology
• Strong written and verbal communication for client and stakeholder engagement
• Valid UAE residence visa or ability to transfer preferred
