Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Emirati National)

Job Description: The Customer Service Specialist (Emirati) will handle client enquiries across Bybit’s platform products, resolve trading and account issues, and contribute to a customer-centric support culture within the Abu Dhabi office. The role supports Bybit’s commitment to local talent development in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate customer support to Bybit clients across all platform products including spot trading, derivatives, staking, and wallets
  • Handle inbound client queries via live chat, email, and phone — resolving account, trading, payment, and product-related issues
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate internal teams (compliance, risk, technical) with proper documentation
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and response time standards in line with Bybit’s global support benchmarks
  • Stay current on Bybit’s product features, platform updates, market developments, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to customer support knowledge base, FAQ updates, and process improvement initiatives
  • Represent Bybit professionally to clients in Arabic and English

Qualifications Needed:

  • Emirati National required (UAE National with valid family book/Emirates ID)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English — both written and spoken
  • Customer service experience preferred; fintech, crypto, or financial services background is a significant advantage
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and blockchain technology
  • Professional, empathetic attitude with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment covering regional support hours
