Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern – Management Consulting

Job Description:  As a Talent Acquisition Intern at a globally established management consulting firm, you will support the talent acquisition and recruiting function — conducting market research, talent mapping, initial candidate screening, and recruitment administration. You will gain foundational exposure to talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment in a fast-paced professional services environment — building skills that support a career in human resources, talent acquisition, or management consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the talent acquisition team with research, talent mapping, and candidate identification across target professional and technical profiles
• Conduct basic market research and talent mapping for priority hiring needs — building candidate pipelines for consulting and financial services roles
• Communicate any changes in staffing or team structure to relevant internal stakeholders as directed
• Assist with initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration activities
• Contribute to employer branding content development and talent acquisition communication campaigns
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking databases
• Learn and apply talent acquisition best practices through structured internship mentoring and programme activities
• Build foundational knowledge of management consulting recruitment across professional services and financial services sectors

Qualifications Needed:

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or management consulting careers
• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Business, HR, Psychology, or related degree programme
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills for recruitment support activities
• Proactive learner with professional ambition and genuine interest in talent acquisition as a career pathway
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is advantageous
