Job Title: Strategy & Operations Manager – Fintech

Job Description: As a Strategy and Operations Manager at a globally established fintech company, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence — working at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations to solve complex business problems and accelerate growth across a fintech serving tens of millions of customers globally.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations
• Define and execute strategic operations programmes that deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes
• Conduct market analysis, strategic research, and data-driven problem solving to support leadership decisions
• Build strategic operations frameworks, performance metrics, and programme governance structures
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Technology teams on cross-functional strategic operations delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and commercial performance
• Produce strategic operations reports and presentations for senior fintech leadership and Board audiences
• Stay current on fintech market developments and competitive dynamics affecting operational strategy

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Strategy & Operations Manager or strategy consulting experience within a fintech or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and operational management skills
• Experience driving cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-scaling fintech environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for senior stakeholder engagement
• MBA or equivalent from a leading institution preferred
