Job Title: Strategic Finance Analyst

Job Description: The Strategic Finance Analyst will be a key member of the finance leadership team — producing analytical work that directly informs Tamara’s most important capital and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models supporting capital raise processes, debt facility management, and investor reporting
• Produce analytical work for strategic business decisions — market entry, product launch, partnership evaluation, and M&A screening
• Support investor relations activities — preparing pitch materials, investor updates, and due diligence data rooms
• Conduct business performance analysis — deep-diving on KPIs, unit economics, and portfolio trends to generate actionable insights
• Support the FP&A function with modelling for annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Research and benchmark Tamara’s performance against BNPL and fintech peers globally
• Assist with Board and investor presentation materials — producing high-quality, analytically rigorous outputs
• Partner with Finance leadership on ad-hoc strategic analytical projects

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of financial modelling and analysis experience from investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance at a high-growth fintech
• Exceptional financial modelling skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience in investor relations, capital raise support, or M&A analytical work preferred
• Strong understanding of consumer credit, BNPL, or fintech business models and unit economics
• Excellent written communication skills for investor materials and board presentations
• CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
