Job Title: Finance Administrator

Job Description: The Finance Administrator will support the Dubai finance team with operational finance tasks including reconciliation, reporting, payments processing, and compliance support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial administration for the Dubai entity including payments processing, invoice management, and expense reconciliation
• Maintain accurate financial records and support preparation of management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations, client money reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
• Support preparation of regulatory financial submissions and ensure timely submission of required reports
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing and vendor management
• Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation and records
• Liaise with the Group Finance team to ensure alignment with global accounting policies and reporting standards
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of finance system enhancements

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in financial administration, accounts, or finance operations ideally within financial services or fintech
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements in the UAE is advantageous
• Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks to deadline
